2025 Venue Pricing:

  • High Season (May thru October)

    • Saturday-Friday-Sunday: $12,000-$8,000

    • Monday-Thursday: $7,500-$4,500

  • Mid Season (April & November)

    • Saturday-Friday-Sunday: $8,500-$5,000

    • Monday-Thursday: $7,500-$2,500

  • Low Season (December-March)

    • Saturday-Friday-Sunday: $6,500-$3,000

    • Monday-Thursday: $3,500-$1,500

2026 Venue Pricing:

  • High Season (June thru October)

    • Saturday-Friday-Sunday: $12,500-$8,500

    • Monday-Thursday: $8,000-$5,000

  • Mid Season (April, May & November) $8,500-$2,500

  • Low Season (December-March) $6,500-$1,500

Venue Rental Inclusions, with up to 200 guests:

  • Ceremony & Reception

  • Bridal Cottage and Groom’s Loft for wedding party preparation

  • Outdoor Pavillion

  • 6ft round tables or long "farm style" seating

  • Brown chiavari chairs seating

  • Tables - buffet, cake, DJ, gifts, guest book, cocktail, etc.

  • Floor length table linens & napkins - variety of colors

  • Plateware, flatware, and bar glassware

  • Parking - 200 spaces

Standard Package Timeline:

  • Exclusive use of The Barn event area for 8 hours:

    • 2 hours – Setup & Get Ready

    • 5 hours – Ceremony and Reception

    • 1 hour – Wrap-up

All Day Package Timeline & Upgrades

  • 10am Arrival

  • Complimentary pre-ceremony drinks

  • Complimentary upgraded linens, welcome champagne, champagne toast or chair cushions (1 of 4)

    • Extended Setup & Get Ready hours determined by ceremony start time

    • 6 hours-Ceremony & Reception

    • 1 hour-Wrap-up

Security Deposit

  • $1,000 refundable security deposit is required at time of contracting.

Payment Schedule

  • 50% venue fee and $1,000 refundable security deposit are due at contracting

  • Remaining 50% venue rental fee is due 6 months prior to the wedding date

  • 50% catering cost is due 3 months prior to the wedding date

  • Remaining 50% catering cost is due 3 weeks prior to the wedding date
